| Picks Videogames: From Sea to Shining Sea
Since its release more than a year ago, the Nintendo Wii has excelled at selling games based on real-life activities. Rather than focusing on the lives of wizards or outer-space warriors, popular games for the Wii find players cooking, bowling and sprinting, thanks to the Wii's motion-sensing remote. One of its newest titles, Endless Ocean, takes the Wii into fresh territory, allowing players to experience diving without any worries about the bends. And although the deep isn't quite as infinite as the title suggests, there's still plenty to explore. Mission: Possible The game follows your character as he or she makes a career as a diver. You answer email for your "missions" -- such as taking photos of different fish or exploring new parts of fictional Manoa Lai Sea. Completing missions adds features such as new equipment, but you're perfectly free to explore the entire sea at your leisure.

Ministers plan to scrap car tax as sweetener for road tolls
What we want to do is not to increase tax but to have a fair tax for motorists which is about cutting climate change and congestion. That means taking on vehicle excise duties and petrol taxes. The whole basket of current taxes needs to be looked at to change the focus. "We would abolish vehicle excise duty, which all motorists must pay, with a revenue neutral scheme. It would be based on how, when and where people use their vehicles." Scott said he still preferred a UK-wide approach but insi .
It's a wrap
When people talk about the food culture in Boston, the conversation is typically dominated by discussions of who makes the best chowder, where to get the freshest sushi, or which of the new upscale steakhouses is at the top of the heap. But there is an emerging subculture dedicated to the unique and varied delights of the burrito, that most egalitarian of foods, which provides your protein group, your tortilla group, and your salsa group, usually for less than six bucks. "There's no way I can go to the grocery store and buy ingredients and make something as good as these burritos for that kind of money," says Jonah Feld, 27, a Cambridge resident and author of the Burrito Blog, the definitive resource for all things burrito in Boston. Around the city, a slew of restaurants are vying for burrito-heads' attention.

Travel Back in Time
When Philip Halim Faltas, director of the Coptic Museum, was asked to list the highlights, he responded as any proud museum director would: All the things in the museum are important because it is a very important period of time. When pressed, Faltas admitted that his favorite piece was the fresco of the Monastery of Apollo at Bawit. The fresco embodies one of the most important contributions of the Coptic era: monasticism. Egypt is known as the birthplace of Christian monasteries. During the third century, monasteries sprang up to shelter and support Egyptians who had started to retreat into the desert to pray. The monastic movement attracted the attention of their co-religionists from other parts of the world and sparked the concepts global spread. The fourth-century Monastery of Apollo at Bawit, located near Dairut in the Assiut governorate, is renowned for the architectural and artistic treasures discovered there.

Sauté over a medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. 2 Add the coconut milk, chicken stock and Sweet Piquanté Peppers. Bring up to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has reduced a little. 3 Add the noodles and chopped coriander to the wok or frying pan. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if needed, then serve, garnished with coriander sprigs. Cooks tip: When you go shopping for Peppadew Sweet Piquanté Peppers, look out for small jars of prepared lemon grass, root ginger, garlic and coriander - just look for them with the spices or in the oriental foods section. Keep them in the refrigerator once opened, along with your opened jar of Sweet Piquanté Peppers, which will keep for up to 6 weeks.
